Exchange & Return Policy

1. Exchange Policy:

- We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in **unused condition**, with original tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 2. Return Process:

- To initiate a return, contact us at RaspberryFashions@gmail.com
- Returns must be sent to: Shop No.9, Bhagyashree Apartment, Dr. Ambedkar Road, Opp. Arihant Bank, Mulund-W, Mumbai 400080.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos/videos.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or store credit as required.
- Ensure that the issue is reported within **24 hours** of receiving the package.
