Damaged or Incorrect Products

- No returns or exchanges are allowed once a product is sold.
- We do not entertain exchanges based on color, fabric, or design preferences. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
- All products undergo a rigorous quality check before shipping. We recommend recording a video while unboxing your parcel to report any transit-related damage.
- If a damage claim is approved, the item must be returned unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.

Alteration Policy
we understand that minor size adjustments may be required. We are happy to provide alterations for sizing issues to ensure your outfit fits you , subject to feasibility. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss alteration options.
- Alterations are available only for sizing concerns and are not applicable for design changes.
- Any alteration requests after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- Alteration costs (if applicable) and additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
