At Rasberry Fashions, each outfit is custom-made with precision and attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of our designs, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including color , fabric or design preferences.
Alteration Policy
However, we understand that minor size adjustments may be required. We are happy to provide alterations for sizing issues to ensure your outfit fits you , subject to feasibility. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss alteration options.
- Alterations are available only for sizing concerns and are not applicable for design changes.
- Any alteration requests after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- Alteration costs (if applicable) and additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as received – unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the required product is unavailable for exchange, we will issue a store credit that can be used for future purchases.

- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

- Sale items and gift cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
