b. Made-to-Order
- Custom-made designs based on customer preferences, including measurements, fabric, color, and design.
- Customization details must be confirmed at the time of order placement.

3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase for both categories.

4. Shipping and Delivery

- Delayed Deliveries: Raspberry Fashions is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable once orders are dispatched. Customers are advised to track their shipments.

- Customs and Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

5. No Return, Exchange, or Cancellation Policy

a. General Policy
- No returns or exchanges due to the customized nature of our products.

b. Exceptions
- A manufacturing defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Proof of defect (photos/videos) must be emailed to RaspberryFashions@gmail.com.
- Upon approval, a repair or replacement will be provided at our  discretion.

c. Cancellations
- Orders, especially made-to-order items, cannot be canceled once placed.

6. Measurement and Customization
- Customers must provide accurate measurements for made-to-order items.
- Raspberry Fashions is not responsible for discrepancies caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

 7. Product Colors and Variations
- Due to screen variations, actual colors may differ slightly from images.
- Minor differences in embroidery, weaving, or dyeing are natural and not considered defects.

 8. Stock Availability
- We strive to maintain accurate stock counts. In rare cases of unavailability, we will offer a refund or an alternative product.

9. Duties & Taxes

- GST: Prices include GST where applicable.

- International Import Duties: Customers must pay any applicable import taxes in their country. Refusal to do so will result in non-delivery, with no refund provided.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

- Personal data is collected and processed solely for order fulfillment and customer service.
- We do not share customer data with third parties without explicit consent.
