- Orders are dispatched within 30 business days from the date of order confirmation.

 4. Change of Delivery Address:

- Address changes are allowed only before dispatch. Please contact us immediately for modifications.
- Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping details.

 5. Delivery Delays:

- We are committed to timely deliveries but are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, political disruptions, customs hold-ups, or other unforeseen circumstances.

* As our garments are made to order, orders cannot be canceled once placed.
* If you require modifications, please contact us immediately, and we will try our best to accommodate your request if the production has not started.
* Cancellations are not possible once the order is in production.

Stock Availability

- We strive to maintain accurate inventory records.
- In rare cases where an item is out of stock after placing an order, we will inform you promptly and offer a refund or an alternative product.
- We will notify you of any restocking timelines if you choose to wait for availability.

Duties & Taxes

1. Domestic Orders:

- Prices include GST, which has already been applied to the product price.
- No additional taxes are levied at checkout.

2. International Orders:

- Import duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
- Customers are responsible for any additional customs charges upon arrival.
- Refusal to pay duties and taxes may result in non-delivery, and no refund will be issued.. 
- we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Rasberry Fashions. takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
